Langevin to reintroduce data-breach notification bill

With the massive Equifax hack fresh in mind, Rep. James Langevin (D-RI) said he plans to reintroduce his “Personal Data Notification and Protection Act,” setting a national standard for notifying consumers when their personal information has been illegally accessed.
