Duke Energy official tapped to lead CISA critical infrastructure security

Brian Harrell this week assumed the role as the first assistant director for infrastructure security at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

Previously Harrell served as managing director of enterprise security at Duke Energy Corp. “ Brian was appointed by the President of the United States in December 2018 to serve as the Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection,” according to his LinkedIn profile page.
