Counterintelligence official: Phishing attacks most common cyber issue faced by law firms

Lawyers and law firms are increasingly vulnerable to phishing attacks attempting to obtain personally identifiable information, a top counterintelligence official said at an event hosted by the American Bar Association late last week.
