Collins critical infrastructure amendment ‘narrowly tailored’ to energy sector

A proposed amendment to the Senate energy bill mandating infrastructure cybersecurity assessments is more limited than a similar proposal that sparked controversy during last fall's debate over cybersecurity legislation, according to backers of the plan.
