Push for DHS cyber reorganization to continue in lame-duck

House Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) has picked the reorganization of cyber functions at the Department of Homeland Security as his top priority in the lame-duck session now underway, but sources say jurisdictional issues continue to hold up the legislation.
