Cyber commission urged to endorse non-regulatory approach to securing data

HOUSTON, TX. Industry officials told the Presidential Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity to recommend a recommitment by the federal government to public-private partnerships that encourage non-regulatory approaches to securing data and networks.
