McCain slams administration over 'wholly-lacking' deterrence report

Senate Armed Services Chairman John McCain (R-AZ) today lambasted the Obama administration cybersecurity deterrence policy document that was transmitted to Capitol Hill in December.

The report was submitted more than a year after a statutory deadline by the Defense Department, after the White House delegated the authority for the report to the Pentagon.
