U.S. officials discuss cyber issues in multilateral talks

Senior U.S. officials discussed global cybersecurity issues, including confidence-building measures, in multilateral meetings this week in Malaysia.

On Aug. 6 in Kuala Lumpur, Secretary of State John Kerry led the U.S. delegation to the 22nd Meeting of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF), an annual assembly of foreign ministers and top officials representing 26 countries from Pakistan to the Pacific Rim and the European Union.
