Markey: Jeep hack highlights need for auto cyber bill

Pointing to the first ever cybersecurity-based automobile recall, Sen. Edward Markey (D-MA) is calling on Congress to pass legislation requiring automakers and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to produce minimum security and privacy standards that would protect cyber-connected cars from hacking.
