Wyden, cyber bill foes gear up even as Senate debate slips to fall

Amid growing signs that cyber information-sharing legislation will not be considered in the Senate in the coming days, Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) and other opponents are sharpening their arguments against the bill and promising a month of grassroots efforts in preparation for a September debate.
