The week ahead: RSA conference kicks off, Congress examines small business, vendor issues

Cybersecurity professionals in government and the private sector will converge on San Francisco this week for the RSA Conference, while in Washington lawmakers act on cybersecurity concerns and the international community takes a look at cyber as well.
