Privacy advocate details legal concerns with push for cyber active-defense measures

A leading voice for privacy and civil liberties groups is raising legal concerns about an emerging strategy for private corporate managers to take a more active role in defending against cyber attacks, including penetrating outside networks in pursuit of cyber aggressors.
