OPM nominee Cobert says cybersecurity is top priority

Beth Cobert, nominated to lead an Office of Personnel Management rocked by a massive data breach in 2015, told senators that cybersecurity is a top priority and detailed steps she's already taken as acting director to shore up cyber defenses.
