DHS-oriented cyber bills may have better odds than info-sharing measure

As uncertainty continues to hang over cybersecurity information-sharing legislation, lawmakers are taking steps to ensure success on other cyber bills aimed at the government's own networks and authority.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) last week said the Cyber Intelligence Sharing Act would be the next order of business if Democrats block action tonight on an anti-Planned Parenthood bill. The CISA bill is the top cyber priority for major industry groups.

But the floor plans have yet to be spelled...
