Carper: DHS won't slow cyber information-sharing process

A pivotal senator may be moving closer to Senate Intelligence Committee leaders on how a cybersecurity information-sharing regime should work, saying there should be "no loss of time" at the Department of Homeland Security as it moves threat indicators from the private sector to relevant agencies.
