Tech sector cites voluntary efforts in opposition to FCC regulation of automotive cybersecurity

The technology sector is citing the success of public-private partnerships to develop cybersecurity standards as a reason to steer clear of approaches that stray from this collaborate approach, in comments to the Federal Communications Commission on a petition to regulate cybersecurity in automobiles.
