DHS inspector general faults implementation of cyber law

The Department of Homeland Security's Office of Inspector General in its semiannual report to Congress finds the department has fallen short on implementing key portions of the Cybersecurity Act of 2015 for protecting information technology assets, leaving contractors vulnerable to an attack.
