Trump telecom supply-chain order prompts questions from former FCC security chiefs

Two former heads of cybersecurity at the Federal Communications Commission and other former government officials are questioning whether the new executive order on telecom supply chains -- seen as aimed at Chinese firms like Huawei -- will effectively get at a broader global challenge related to next-generation 5G security.
