CISA explores equipment testing; advocates say UK's Huawei center is a good model for the agency

Officials at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency are focusing on industrial control systems in examining ways to offer third-party equipment testing, as policy analysts cite the need for a testing center -- similar to one in the United Kingdom funded by Chinese telecom giant Huawei -- in critiquing the Trump administration's cybersecurity strategy.
