NIST offers dates and details on implementing artificial intelligence executive order

The National Institute of Standards and Technology is working toward an Aug. 10 deadline for completing responsibilities laid out in President Trump's Feb. 11 Executive Order on Artificial Intelligence, with a request for information expected to be issued within days, according to a NIST official.
