Internet Society relies on procurement practices, 'peer pressure' in plan to measure network providers' routing hygiene
An “observatory” being released early next year to create transparency around network providers' internet routing behavior -- part of an effort to mitigate botnet threats -- will rely on self-policing among industry members to deliver accountability and potentially inform government procurement practices.
