Sen. Warner offers ingredients for 'cyber doctrine,' criticizes Trump team for lack of cyber 'organization'

Senate Intelligence ranking member Mark Warner (D-VA) today said the nation still needs a “whole-of-society” cyber doctrine in order to address wide-ranging cyber threats, citing a lack of “sufficient organization” from the White House and laying out several main issues that should be addressed.
