Sen. Blunt says ‘chairman’s mark’ of Secure Elections Act to be released ahead of markup

The Senate Rules Committee will issue a “chairman’s mark” of the Secure Elections Act in the “next few days,” Chairman Roy Blunt (R-MO) said Tuesday, while adding his view that passage of the bill prior to the November elections “does not need to happen.”
