House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) on Thursday convened a panel of private-sector witnesses who strongly disputed the idea that China has reined in cyber espionage for purposes of commercial gain, while calling for measures ranging from tougher oversight of Chinese acquisitions to improving science education in the United States.
