House Homeland Security to mark up bill on cyber threats to industrial control systems

The House Homeland Security Committee will mark up a bill next week that would “maintain capabilities” of the Department of Homeland Security's National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center to identify threats to industrial control systems.

H.R. 5733 would “amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to provide for the responsibility of the NCCIC to maintain capabilities to identify threats to industrial control systems, and for other purposes.” The full text of the bill has not yet been made public....
