Omnibus spending bill includes language on funding NPPD after reorganization, other cyber issues

Language to enable the funding of the Department of Homeland Security’s National Protection and Programs Directorate if it is reorganized and renamed the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency is included in the fiscal 2018 omnibus spending bill that the House has approved and sent to the Senate for final action.
