DHS alerts energy sector on Russian hacking; administration announces cyber sanctions

DHS and the FBI are warning of Russian cyber efforts targeting the energy and other sectors, as the Treasury Department today announced new sanctions against Russia related to election hacking and other malicious activities in cyberspace.
