Trump order's draft report on botnet attacks will emphasize 'ecosystem' solutions

A report being developed by the departments of Commerce and Homeland Security on mitigating automated and distributed cyber attacks, or botnets, is expected to recommend system-wide solutions in a series of “action items” that will be released for public comment early next year, according to officials leading the effort.
