European Commission report says U.S-EU Privacy Shield is working

The U.S.-European Union Privacy Shield framework, which underpins transatlantic data flows for thousands of companies, continues to provide an adequate level of protection for the personal data transferred from the EU to companies in the U.S., but improvements should be made, the European Commission has found.
