House Commerce panel leaders probe health sector on ransomware attacks

Leaders on the House Energy and Commerce Committee sent separate letters to Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price and the CEO of drug company Merck regarding the “NotPetya” malware infection earlier this summer, with the Republican lawmakers seeking a briefing on the potential impact on drug supplies.
