FTC chief Ohlhausen expects to play larger role in telecom data-security rules

The acting chairwoman of the Federal Trade Commission, Maureen Ohlhausen, expects the commission's approach to data privacy and security to guide other regulators in addressing a brewing fight with the telecommunications industry over requirements for broadband internet service providers.
