Analysts suggest regulation is not the intent of 'Section 9' language in Trump cyber order

A pending cybersecurity executive order that could – based on the most recent draft – require agencies to review the cybersecurity of the most critical of infrastructure along with government capabilities is seen by some policy analysts as an effort to operationalize government cyber defense rather than to regulate critical industries.
