Graham says Senate will restrict Trump's ability to weaken sanctions on Russian hacking

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said he has the votes for Senate approval of his plan to require President Trump gets congressional backing before easing sanctions on Russia for hacking into the United States' election system.

“We've introduced Russian sanctions for interfering in our election, we are going to have a vote, its going to be bipartisan, and were going to get north of 75 votes,” Graham said Sunday at a foreign policy conference in Munich.
