Defense Secretary nominee Mattis pledges tougher cyber deterrence stance

Retired Marine Corps Gen. James Mattis said the United States is failing to deter cyber attacks and needs to take a tougher stance in punishing its cyber adversaries, according to his response to questions as part of his confirmation hearing to be the next secretary of Defense.
