Lawmakers worried about low participation in info-sharing under cyber law

Members of the House Homeland Security Committee today expressed concern about a lack of participation in cyber information-sharing programs at the Department of Homeland Security, as industry representatives cited ongoing liability worries, possible regulatory actions at other federal agencies and the early status of the program as reasons for slow adoption.
