NSC’s Neuberger: Updated TSA directives to come for rail, aviation as part of push for regulation

The Transportation Security Administration will come out soon with updated directives for the railroad and aviation sectors building on efforts started last year, according to National Security Council cyber leader Anne Neuberger, who provided a preview of what’s next for cyber regulation at various agencies.

TSA and the White House learned through directives put out following the Colonial Pipeline attack that they needed to collaborate with industry stakeholders and allow them to provide input through classified threat briefings, Neuberger said...
