Rep. Langevin offers NDAA amendments to fulfill Solarium proposals on cyber statistics office, ‘systemically important entities’

Key proposals from the Cyberspace Solarium Commission are popping up as amendments from Rep. Jim Langevin (D-RI) to the House version of the fiscal 2023 National Defense Authorization Act, including the creation of a new office for cyber statistics at CISA and codifying “systemically important entities.”
