White House-led ransomware meeting produces support for ongoing action by 31-nation group

The nations convened by the White House to discuss “maximizing” efforts against the global scourge of ransomware have identified areas for ongoing and accelerated action including information sharing, bolstering resilience of networks, addressing “uneven global implementation” of key financial standards, and reducing safe havens for ransomware actors.
