Technology group urges CISA to consider feds’ personal devices, ‘hybrid cloud’ environments in zero trust approach

The government’s approach to zero trust should avoid creating data siloes and take into consideration security needs for federal employees who use their personal devices for work, according to the Information Technology Industry Council, which argues three recent guidances for federal agencies should be more interconnected.
