House prepares to add amendment on CISA Director’s term and other cyber provisions to defense bill

The House is moving toward passing its version of the annual national defense policy bill, with votes pending on three packages of en bloc amendments that contain proposals to set a five-year term for CISA Director, assess the impact of the Pentagon’s cyber certification program on small business, and other cybersecurity provisions.
