Krebs dismissed as leader of DHS cyber agency as Trump rejects CISA’s assessment of election security

President Trump on Tuesday evening fired CISA Director Christopher Krebs, accusing the first and so far only leader of the DHS cyber agency of inaccurately asserting that the 2020 elections were conducted securely.
