More than 'another study,' advisory panel seeks dramatic changes with new cyber report

The president's advisors on national infrastructure have offered what they see as dramatic and game-changing recommendations for addressing cybersecurity threats to the energy, communications and financial sectors, in a report crammed with proposals that would shake up the way the federal government approaches cyber risk management.
