Federal agency leaders present united front on supply-chain, face workforce accountability issues

A key DHS official is downplaying potential jurisdictional conflicts over supply-chain responsibilities like equipment testing and certification, but even as federal agencies coalesce around the need to improve supply-chain security, they are also facing one of the most ornery challenges in cyber policy: workforce education and training.
