FCC notice of proposed rulemaking to roll back net-neutrality order

The Federal Communications Commission released its notice of proposed rulemaking for roll backing the net-neutrality order approved by the Obama administration, and reestablishing the Federal Trade Commission as the regulator for internet data security and privacy.
