Defense Secretary Mattis memorandum establishing the Protecting Critical Technology Task Force

On Oct. 24, 2018, Defense Secretary James Mattis sent a memorandum to the secretaries of the military services and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, among others, formally establishing the Protecting Critical Technology Task Force.
