Bipartisan Senate bill on cybersecurity commission for elections

On September 15, 2017, Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and Lindsay Graham (R-SC) introduced a bill to establish the National Commission on the Cybersecurity of the United States Election Systems.
