Bank Policy Institute letter in support of Luetkemeyer consumer breach notification bill

On Sept. 12, 2018, the Bank Policy Institute sent a letter to House Financial Services Chairman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) and ranking member Maxine Waters (D-CA) in support of H.R. 6743, the Consumer Information Notification Requirement Act, sponsored by Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO).
