White House signals concerns over Senate NDAA provisions on DOD cyber coordination with private sector

A statement of administration policy on the Senate's national defense policy bill raises concerns with two cyber elements related to Defense Department and military interactions with the private sector outside the traditional defense industrial base, while urging support for an amendment on drinking water cybersecurity.
