White House sets 60-day deadline for DHS on improved internet security pilots

The White House Office of Management Budget has set a 60-day deadline for the Department of Homeland Security to develop a plan for pilot projects to update and improve the security of the government's internet connections, in part to accommodate the use of cloud computing and other new technologies.
