White House advisor keeps door open on cyber issues in China trade talks

Larry Kudlow, the president's National Economic Council director, said cybersecurity issues are still in play in the context of U.S.-China trade talks, as Presidents Trump and Xi Jinping spoke by phone Tuesday in advance of an anticipated meeting at the June 28-29 G20 summit in Japan.
